Steve Suter

Weekdays 2pm-6pm

Steve was born and raised in New Orleans, he’s been “living” on the air for over 20 years. When he’s not being that soothing voice you hear in the afternoons you can usually find Steve on or around the water. Whether it’s walking on the lakefront, working on his boat or dedicating his time to the United States Coast Guard as a Commander of his Flotilla 04-02.

Steve enjoys the music he plays for you as well as watching it in person at concerts, fests, and performances at clubs downtown or in the quarter. When he’s not promoting being safe on the water, you can find him at Broadway plays or just spending time with his wife, two children and their dog.
