Steve Suter

Weekdays 2pm-6pm

Born and raised in New Orleans, I went to school at St. Edwards in Metairie, Archbishop Rummel High and on to LSU. I have been living "On The Air" in New Orleans for over 20 years.

My parents, John and Sylvia live in Metairie. My older brother was transferred from the New Orleans Mobil building to Houston and works for ExxonMobil. I have three sisters, Sharon is a Paralegal and lives in Kenner, Charlene is a teacher at Rummel and lives in Kenner and Cheryl is a paralegal and lives in Metairie.

I moved to the Northshore and live in Mandeville with my wife Lisa, daughter Kristi and son Steven. My other Job is working for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. I am the Commander of my Flotilla 04-02 and proud to serve with the United Stated Coast Guard and Homeland Security. When I’m not working I have a boat and enjoy boating on the Lake and the Tchefuncta River with Family and friends. Love walking on the lakefront, riding my bike on the Tammany Trace and fixing up the house... and meeting listeners anywhere so if you ever see me please shout out so I can thank you for listening in person.

We have come a long way since Katrina, and we are proud to have been there for you the entire time providing some "Music Therapy" with a great Variety of songs you know and love to ease the stress of your busy life and thank you for listening to me at work all day to help you get through your workday stress-free.
