What really makes our event special is the advertising to get shoppers there!  Magic 101.9 and the Entercom New Orleans stations (B97, Bayou 95.7, Hot 92.9 and WWL 870 AM/105.3 FM) run thousands of dollars in media advertising support! You can be assured when you sign up to be a vendor at the Magic of Christmas Gift Shop that customers all around the vicinity will be well aware of why they should shop with us.

The 2018 gift shop welcomed over 7000 shoppers and we expect 2019 to be even bigger and better! Shoppers get free parking and pay no admission fee! You get 3 full days of selling. And the marketing support continues with radio broadcasts from the event and a big giveaway to kick-off Saturday morning with free concert tickets for the first 101 shoppers! 

EVENT DATES / TIMES

  • Friday, Nov 15: 9am-5:30pm
  • Saturday, Nov 16: 9am-5:30pm
  • Sunday, Nov 17th: 10am-4pm  
  • Load-in on Thursday, Nov 14th 

BOOTH PRICES

  • 8x10 = $175
  • 10x10 = $250
  • 16x10 = $280
  • 20x10 end cap = $400 (very limited inventory!) 
  • Dimensions list booth width across by booth depth. Example: 8x10 space is 8' across/wide at aisle and 10' back/deep. Your space for all 3 shopping days of the event. Space includes tall back drape, low side drape and 1 wastebasket.

All applications will be approved before you can receive the link to purchase your space. We are working hard to make sure the event is successful as it can be for both you and the customers. For that reason, we are limiting select business categories and brands to limit direct competition. Once we receive your completed form, you'll either receive an email with the site link to purchase your booth space, an email asking for more details in order to approve, or notice that your business or category cannot be approved. Application approval does not guarantee your space. Booths must be paid in full before your space is secured.  

*** IMPORTANT *** You will be required to sign & return THIS VENDOR AGREEMENT



 in order to be allowed at the event. Any vendor without a signed agreement will not be allowed to load-in. Please review prior to making your booth purchase. 

Your exact booth placement, hall or booth number will not be available until the day of load-in. We will work diligently in order to offer the best placement as it relates to competing categories, but cannot guarantee separation.

We reserve the right to limit specific brands and/or categories for the event. As we reach the maximum amount of any given business, we will list that for your information. Should your booth purchase be received after we've reached our maximum of your brand/category, you will be notified and issued an immediate refund.

Please note: Since this is a shopping event, we will only be allowing booth purchases via this form for businesses who will be selling items onsite. Companies looking for strictly marketing opportunities will not be allowed to buy a booth online, but may contact our sales team.
