How much does it cost to get in or park?
Free! Both admission and parking (which is plentiful) is totally free!

Will I need cash?
This will depend only on the merchants you choose to buy from. Most will accept credit/debit cards and some will accept checks, however some businesses may only accept cash for smaller purchases. There is an ATM in the building as well as a Capital One bank with ATM at the edge of the Alario Center parking lot on the Westbank Expressway.

What kind of items will be for sale?
The list of most of the vendors is available under "Shop with Us." But expect a good mix of gifts for everyone on your list (including yourself!), along with great items for your holiday decorating, cooking and more.

Can I bring kids?
Sure! Everyone is welcome and it's free admission. Plus every age will enjoy selfies with Christmas characters like The Grinch, Buddy the Elf, Elf on the Shelf and more throughout the weekend.

Will there be food?
Yes. Concessions will be available with great options in both food and drink (including adult beverages). Plus several great food vendors will be there sampling their foods so save a little room to try all their goodies.



I know I'll need to order items for my booth like electricity, tables, etc. - who do I contact?
Download the order form to place electrcity or rental orders from Omega Productions Resource. They will also be set-up during move-in. To make your set-up as fast as possible, early ordering is encouraged and frequently cheaper! 

I already have the items I need for my booth. Do I need to pay to rent them too?
No! You're are more than welcome to bring in any items you need for your space. If you don't need tables, chairs or display items, but still need electricty, you may use the rental form here.

Can I pick my exact booth location?
Not this year. Booth spaces will be available on the load-in day, Thursday November 14, 2019. 

The Alario Center does have Wi-Fi in the building, but recommends that if you’ll be using the internet to process payments that you use your own hot spot or data plan.

Is extra storage available?
If we have any unused space, we will make it available for additional merchandise, cart storage etc. at your discretion. However, even if that space is available it will be unsecured. Plan on using a locked storage container or similar or storing your items in a locked vehicle/trailer in the parking area.

Can I bring in a cooler?
No outside food and beverages are allowed in the venue per their food and beverage contract. Items will be available for sale during the show from the official venue caterer.

Can I bring in my pet?
Only service animals are allowed in the building.

What are the insurance requirements?
Many business will not be required to provide any insurance documents to us. However, some vendors with any inherit risks may be asked for proof of insurance and to name us as additionally insured. You will receive an email notifying you if we require you to have insurance. It will be required of all vendors with any food related items being sold or sampled. Your insurance agent should be able to help you and will need this information. You will need an no less than $1,000,000 in commercial general liability and to list us as follows under additional insured: "Entercom Louisiana, LLC and any parties requiring indemnification under any agreement related to the Event, and their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees."

How are taxes remitted?
You will be responsible for your remitting your own sales taxes and please remember to have all appropriate business licenses available on-site. We expect Jefferson Parish to again walk-thru the show (likely during set-up) to make sure you have necessary information to remit your collected sales tax.
